Conditions under which orders are put into operation:

  •    All orders are accepted for work with a 30% advance payment (if you wish, the order can be paid immediately in full)

  •   The rest is paid when the order is ready

  •   If the residual value of the order is not paid within 5 days (without prior agreement), the goods are put up for sale, the prepayment is not refundable

  • If the ordered item has been sold  and the customer places an order again, it will be accepted only with 100% prepayment

  • If for any reason I cannot fulfill the accepted order, the prepayment is returned without fail  okay

  • Individual orders are accepted with a 20% margin on the regular cost and with a 50% prepayment  

How to make an order?

Ordering a toy is very simple:

  1. We choose everything that we liked;

  2. We carefully read the description (because not everything in the picture may be included in the price, and the size in the picture may seem larger / smaller than in reality);

  3. Push  button "ORDER";

  4. Go to the basket and check the quantity,  color, cost, and  in the field “Add a wish” we write our wishes and deadlines;

  5. Press the button "PLACE AN ORDER";

  6. We fill in all the fields when placing an order

  7. Press the button "PLACE ORDER"

 

Ready! You will receive a confirmation letter, you can safely not read it, but it contains all the details of your order, in case you want to check everything again!

A few more words about the order, not about the process, but about some of the nuances:

  1. I do not repeat the toys of other masters !

  2. At the moment, I do not accept individual orders (ie, to the request "Can I make this doll here, only in a blue dress, blue boots and an orange hare in my hands?" , in order to vividly imagine how it will look live, then they see and say "Oh, this is not at all what I wanted!")

  3. I don't bite , honestly! :)  This I mean, if for any reason you change your mind about taking the order (circumstances are very different, we are all people), let me know about it, PLEASE  and we will stay on good terms and you can come to my store and shop in it again!  

  4. If something happened to the purchased toy,  call me, we will fix everything! :)
